I will guide you from my own yoga mat, together we will explore many different poses including arm balances, inversions and backbends. The practice is yours, I’ll be making suggestions; and you are invited to join me and follow along for as much or as little as feels right to you. 
It’s helpful if you have a grasp of the basic postures and asana names.  I’ll be leading from my mat, and will not be offering basic instruction. 
Please see my “work with me” section if you are just starting out, I’d love to help you start a safe practice tailored to your specific needs.  
Come ready to get stronger and clear your mind through union of breath and conscious movement.

Please consider joining me for this regular weekday morning practice.  Start your day with a 60 min practice from my mat to yours, create a regular weekly practice.  Drop in basis- come when you can, pay what you can.
